Use us for an independent MOT test for a cost of just £54.85. If your vehicle fails the MOT we'll happily re-test it if it's returned to us within 10 days of the initial MOT. You're welcome to use your normal garage for repairs, but feel free to get a quote from our repairs service via our in-house MCM Garage team.
New hi tech MOT station with the latest equipment
Our M.O.T. test centre will officially check the safety of your vehicle and assess environmental emissions so that they conform to the regulations. We will also monitor the vehicle's structure, bodywork, seat belts, lights, tyres, wheels, fuel system, steering, suspension, exhaust system, wipers, windscreen washers, horn, bonnet, registration plates and VIN (vehicle identification number).
MOT test slots on the hour
We can fit your vehicle in for an MOT test between 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday and 8am - 12pm on Saturdays. Our opening hours are from 8am til 5pm, Monday-Friday and on Saturdays, 8am til 1pm. To make your visit as quick and straightforward as possible please be on time for your appointment otherwise late arrivals will miss their slot.
MOT viewing area or simply drop-off
At MCMOT we have a viewing area for 'while you wait' MOTs. Alternatively, you can drop your vehicle off with us for the day and then pick it up later. Don't forget courtesy cars† are available on a first come, first served basis and should be booked in advance. We also provide free local collection for those living in Midsomer Norton & Radstock.
